【Abstract】 CAQ has been an important part for AMT,and is a main integrated unit technology in CIM.CAQ had avoided the isolated information island,it had mated in technique aspect and executable in actuality.This research discusses the hierarchical model of quality monitoring system based on wireless Intranet,and briefly investigates core technologies and its software and hardware implementation.更多还原
