【摘要】 CUSUM管理图(累计和管理图)是面向中小批量生产的最主要的管理图,CUSUM管理图的工序过程在线监控是加工过程工序监控的一种先进技术。本研究首先概括了面向中小批量生产的CUSUM管理图的技术优势和计算模型,然后讨论了JAVA代码CUSUM管理图工序过程在线监控软件的设计,其中详细讨论了时序图和程序框图描述,然后用机床加工的原始数据作了仿真实验。仿真实验结果表明面向中小批量生产的JAVA代码CUSUM管理图的计算模型和工序过程在线监控软件是正确的、有效的和可用的。更多还原

【Abstract】 CUSUM control chart is a main kind of control chart for middle-and-small batch production,manufacturing process control on line based on CUSUM control chart in middle-and-small batch production is an advanced high new technology in manufacturing process control on line.This paper introduces firstly the technical advantages and computation model of the CUSUM control chart in brief.The design of the software of manufacturing process control on line based on CUSUM control chart in middle-and-small batch production is discussed,and the model and function of the software are tested by simulated manufacturing data.The simulated experimental results testified that the model and software are right,effective and usable.更多还原
