【摘要】 目的回顾性总结新型免疫抑制剂霉酚酸酯(MMF)联合糖皮质激素治疗IV型狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效与副作用,为临床IV型狼疮性肾炎的治疗方案的选择及不良反应发生的预防提供数据支持。方法回顾性分析我院9例IV型狼疮性肾炎患者激素联合MMF(0.75g/d)治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果 9例患者MMF治疗6～52个月,6例(66.7%)获得缓解,3例(33.3%)部分缓解。MMF治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量(P<0.05)、血浆白蛋白(P<0.01)、HGB(P<0.01)、补体C3(P<0.01)、补体C4(P<0.01)均有显著性差异。7例患者在治疗的过程中发生感染。结论霉酚酸酯0.75g/d剂量联合激素治疗IV型狼疮性肾炎可获得较好的疗效,感染仍然是治疗的主要不良反应.。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy and side effects of the Combination therapy of the newimmune inhibitor MMF (0.75g/d) and prednisone for LN(IV). Methods Retrospective analysis the treatment effect and adverse reactions 9 cases in our hospital,who were suffering from IV lupus nephritis And have been gived combination therapy. Results 9 cases were treated with MMF for 6 to 52 months, 6 cases (66.7%) obtained remissionand3 cases (33.3%) partial remission. 24h urinary protein before and after MMF treatment (P <0.05), plasma albumin (P <0.01), HGB (P <0.01), C3 (P <0.01), C4 (P <0.01) were significantly different.Infection occurred in 7 cases. Conclusion Combination therapy of MMF(0.75g/d) and prednisone is effective in the treatment of LN(IV).更多还原
