基于消能减震加固评估分析系统的方案优选

【摘要】 阻尼器的位置和参数优化是建筑结构消能减震加固设计的关键环节。基于上海申都大厦改造工程,研发了一套实用的消能减震加固评估分析系统,旨在对各种阻尼器配置方案进行比选。本文基于该评估分析系统,计及层间侧移、底部剪力、楼层加速度的减震效果并兼顾加固工程经济性,对钢板阻尼器四种配置方案进行了对比分析,验证了该工程阻尼器加固设计的合理性。
【Abstract】 Optimal placement and characteristics of dampers are critical for seismic retrofit design of buildings with energy dissipation devices. Based on Shanghai Shendu retrofit building, a practical assessment analysis software system was developed for the control scheme selection. In this study, based on the proposed assessment analysis system, four deployment schemes of steel-plate dampers were compared by accounting for both the control effectiveness of interstory drift, base shear, floor absolute acceleration and the factors related to retrofit cost. The rationality of retrofit design by dampers of Shendu building was verified through the comparative study.
