【Abstract】 The construction of IT organization play a critical role to enterprise’s IT application,likewise,enterprise’s IT application will impels IT organizational construction to more maturity.From the viewpoint of information view of organization structure,the mechanisms of management of IT department can be divided into a horizontal mechanism and a vertical mechanism.Enterprises only have handled the problem that the horizontal mechanism and Vertical mechanism of IT department’s management involved well;the information systems could be successfully applied.更多还原
