【摘要】 供应链系统是一个复杂的动态网络环境,其本质在于合作,但是合作是把双刃剑,带来利润的同时也必然会带来风险,而且任何一方面临的风险都会波及其他成员,一旦风险发生将使整个供应链系统蒙受大范围的损失。因此,供应链系统的风险管理和防范尤其重要。本文将从供应链中各企业之间的合作出发,研究组建阶段,供应链管理中的合作风险(这里的合作风险指因合作而产生的各种内生风险,并不涉及技术风险、市场风险等其他外生风险),建立博弈模型,分析供应链系统中各利益主体在个体有限理性的状态下所采取的合作行为,建立的合作关系对合作风险的影响,以探讨在哪种状态下,能够建立稳定的合作关系,使得合作收益大,合作风险低。并依据模型分析结果提出切实可行的风险防范措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supply chain system is a complicated dynamic net,its essence lies in cooperation,but the cooperation is a double blade sword,bringing profits and risks also,and risk which been suffered with anyone,will spread to other members.Once risk befalls,the whole supply chain system will suffer big loss.So management and avoidance of risk is very important.In this essay,we try to study cooperation risk in the phase of establishing supply chain from cooperating between different enterprises.(Here,cooperation risk is several internal risks caused by cooperation between different enterprises,without technique,market,etc.external risk.) We try to establish game model to discuss the influence of different cooperation environment or cooperation state on risk,and study how to weaken risk and increase profits in the different state.更多还原
