环氧氯丙烷的绿色制备工艺
A green route for preparation of epichlorohydrin

【摘要】 环氧氯丙烷是一种重要的化工原料。目前环氧氯丙烷的传统制备方法-氯醇法存在严重的污染问题。由于氯丙烯中氯原子的拉电子效应,氯丙烯中的双键较难活化,因此,研究以清洁氧源双氧水直接氧化氯丙烯制备环氧氯丙烷不仅是该领域的研究热点也是难点,本文报道了一种基于磷钨杂多酸盐催化剂的无其他溶剂的氯丙烯直接氧化制备环氧氯丙烷的方法。在优化条件下,环氧氯丙烷收率可达87%,10次循环后仍维持在86%。目前基于该核心技术的中试研究正在进行中。
【Abstract】 Epichlorohydrin is an important petroleum chemical.The pollution of chlorohydrin method which is mainly production process of epichlorohydrin is a very serious problem.Current research interest is on direct epoxidation of allyl chloride with H2O2 as the oxidant.Because of the withdrawing electron effect of chlorine atom,allyl chloride is relatively difficult to be epoxidized,and studied quite limitedly.Herein,a green route for preparation of epichlorohydrin baesd on heteropolyphosphatotungstate catalyst without organic solvent was reported.Under the optimized condition,epichlorohydrin yield of 87%was achieved in the first run;after the 10th recycles,the epichlorohydrin yield remained still above 86%.And the plant test based on the above new method is under way.
