218例原发干燥综合征患者头颅MRI研究

【摘要】 目的探讨原发性干燥综合征(p SS)患者头颅MRI改变与病情活动的关系。方法收集218例原发干燥综合征患者头颅MRI扫描、脑功能扫描及血管弥散扫描并总结临床特点。结果有神经系统损害临床表现的干燥综合征患者较无神经系统损害临床表现的干燥综合征患者头颅MRI扫描、脑功能扫描及血管弥散扫描有明显变化。结论头颅MRI扫描是诊断原发干燥综合征患者中枢神经系统损害的重要检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective On patients with primary sjogren’s syndrome( p SS) head MRI changes in relation to disease activity. Methods.Collecting 218 cases of cranial MRI scanning,brain function in patients with primary sjogren’s syndrome and vascular dispersion and summarize the clinical characteristics of scan. Results With nervous system damage in patients with clinical manifestations of sjogren’s syndrome is no nervous system damage in patients with clinical manifestations of sjogren’s syndrome head MRI scanning,brain scans and vascular dispersion scanning change obviously. Conclusion Head MRI scan is diagnosis of primary sjogren’s syndrome in patients with central nervous system damage important check.更多还原
