阿立哌唑结合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的临床护理观察

【摘要】 目的:探讨并分析阿立哌唑结合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的临床护理。方法:选取我院于2012年4月-2013年10月所收治的66例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,联合应用阿立哌唑和齐拉西酮来治疗,经患者临床治疗的分析和研究,采取随机的方式将其划分为对照组与研究组,两组病例各为33例,其中对照组在药物治疗中予以常规护理,研究组在药物治疗中实施全面且系统的护理干预,对比分析两种患者疗效。结果:研究组患者护理满意度、患者依从性、愿意服药率与、PANSSA总分以及TTAQ总分明显优于对照组,二者所存差异显著,具有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论:从本次研究的结果来看,在联合应用阿立哌唑和齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症患者的临床中,基于常规护理实施全面且系统的护理干预,可有效改善患者精神症状,提高患者护理满意度、自知力以及服药依从性等,有效改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical nursing and analysis of aripiprazole combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods: 66 cases of mental selected in our hospital during April- 2013 years in October 2012 from schizophrenia patients as the research object,combined application of aripiprazole and ziprasidone treatment,analysis and study the clinical treatment of patients by random way,it will be divided into the control group and the study group,two cases in each group was 33 cases,among them the control group in the drug treatment given routine nursing,nursing intervention study group to implement a comprehensive and system in medical treatment,compared the effect of two patients. Results: the study group patients’ satisfaction,patient compliance,willing to medication rate and total score of PANSSA in total TTAQ scores,and significantly better than the control group,the two existing significant differences,with statistical significance,P < 0. 05. Conclusion: from the results of the study,clinical application in combined with aripiprazole and ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia in the routine nursing care,nursing intervention implementation based on comprehensive and system,which can effectively improve the patients with mental symptoms,improve nursing satisfaction,patients insight and treatment compliance,improve the quality of life of the patients.更多还原
