以培养科学研究能力为目标的研究型实践教学模式的构建与实施

【摘要】 北京理工大学光电创新教育实验基地在多年实践教学改革探索中建成了一套以培养本科生科学研究能力为目标的研究型实践教学模式。该模式以协调发展知识、能力和素质为要求,遵循"建立最佳知识结构的同时引导学生建立最佳智能结构"的教育理念,以动手制作为载体吸引学生参加实践学习,经持续递进的三个层次实践教学培养,学习状态从"被动学习已知"转变为"主动学习未知",达到了"会做"、"敢想"、"能创新"的目标,具备了科学研究和科技创新的基本素质。教学中综合运用制作、实验、设计和科技写作四大教学手段,并对学生提出相应要求,使其能力得到了全面提高。经实施验证,这种模式育人效果显著,受到学生、国内外研究生导师和社会用人单位的多方欢迎,对我国研究型大学培养高素质人才具有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Center of Optoelectronics innovative Experiment in Beijing Institute of Technology has formed a research-based practical teaching mode to cultivate scientific research capability from the experience of practical teaching reformation in many years.To develop the knowledge,the capability and the quality harmoniously is the fundamental requirement of this teaching mode,and the education conception of"to build the best structure of intelligence and capability at the same time of building the best structure of knowledge"is kept to,and the means of"Do It Yourself"is used to attract students to participate in the practical learning.The students change from the state of"learning known knowledge passively"to the state of"exploring unknown actively"after the three levels of practical teaching continuously and progressively, and have the essential qualities of scientific research and technological innovation ultimately.The four kinds of teaching means of making,experiment,design and technological writing are used synthetically in the progress of teaching, and there are different demands corresponding to these four means to improve the capability of students comprehensively. The significant educational effect of this practical teaching mode has been proved,and it is widely welcomed by students,postgraduate tutors at home and abroad and community employers.This practical teaching mode is referable for research-based colleges to cultivate the person with high-quality.
