电压型PWM整流器交流电抗器设计与分析

【摘要】 本文从电压型PWM整流器网侧输入正弦电流在过零点处电流脉动量最大特点出发,详细地分析了电流过零处一个PWM采样周期内电流脉动量与各开关导通时间、电源频率、系统电感值、电网电压、功率给定以及输出直流电压的关系,设计了电压型PWM整流交流电抗器最小值。在Saber仿真平台上进行了仿真实验,得到了不同电感值情况下系统输出直流电压,输入电流的变化波形,结果验证了这种设计方法的正确性和可行性,这种方法对PWM整流器的工程设计具有很重要的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Considered the ripple ratio of the input sine current when crossing zero current,this paper has made a detailed analysis of the switch period in a single sampling period of the PWM rectifier whose current is crossing zero current,and has analyzed the influences of the switch period,the frequency of power supply,the system inductance,the network voltage,the given power supply and the DC reference voltage on the ripple ratio of the input sine current which is crossing zero current in a single sampling period of the PWM rectifier,and has determined the minimum value of the AC reactor of the PWM rectifier.After the simulations under different inductance value were done on the Saber simulation platform,different waves of system DC output voltage and input current were acquired.The simulation results verified the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed method,which is of great value on the engineering application in the design of three-phase reversible PWM rectifier.
