PLC装置用户基本指令编码与测试

【摘要】 本文针对自主研制ARM+FPGA组成的小型可编程控制器,利用ARM微处理器32位位宽资源,FPGA并行运算的功能和特点,提出指令设计原则与设计方法,分析基本指令特点,划分不同类型的指令,将指令分为三个层次进行编码,顶层编码完成操作码和操作数软元件的类型编码;次顶层完成软元件编号的编码;第三层完成软元件的参数或多个操作数的编码。该指令系统提高了PLC运行速度,通过了PLC语句与二进制和十六进制指令代码相互转换正确性与唯一性的测试。
【Abstract】 In allusion to the self-made ARM + FPGA composed of small programmable controllers,this paper take advantage of the ARM microprocessor 32-bit-wide resources and FPGA parallel computing capabilities,offering characteristics of the command design principles and design methods,analyzing the basic characteristics and functions of instruction and dividing into different type of instruction.The instruction is divided into three levels of coding,top-level code to complete the operation code and operand type of soft component codes;times to complete the top-level soft component number of the code;third level completion soft component parameters or operands coding.The new instruction system improves the speed of the PLC.Finally the test by experiment shows that the design can realize binary and hexadecimal instruction code conversion accurately and uniquely.
