光导纤维上生长氧化钨纳米线阵列

【摘要】 光导纤维是一种由高纯石英玻璃制成的纤维,可根据光的全反射定律来传导光和信息。光的全反射对材料的折射率有着较高的要求,本课题组选用光导纤维做衬底,采用传统的热蒸发法成功在光纤表面生长一层氧化钨纳米线阵列结构,希望能够通过材料折射率的改变或者利用光纤的独特结构,产生一些新的物理化学现象。氧化钨纳米线的形貌和结构分别采用扫描电子显微镜和拉曼光谱进行表征。
【Abstract】 Optical fiber has been widely researched in terms of transporting light and information according to the law of total reflection,which has a high requirement on the refractive index of the material.Now,Our group successfully synthsize tungsten oxide nanowire arrays on the surface of optical fiber by a conventional thermal evaporation of W powder in the presence of oxygen.This particular architecture may generate some novel physical or chemical phenomena,and may be used to construct optical modulation devices,gas sensors,semiconductor devices,et al.The morphologies and structures of tungsten oxide nanowire arrays are characterized by scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy.
