紫外可见分光光度计同时测定水中氧氟沙星与诺氟沙星

【摘要】 在紫外区,诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星均有吸收,但它们的吸收光谱相互重叠、相互干扰,难以进行直接分析。本研究建立了测定诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星的导数分光光度法,选择294和276 nm分别作为二者测定波长,测定二者含量。诺氟沙星和氧氟沙星的线性范围分别为1.212.0和1.212.0 mg·L-1,检测限分别为0.85和0.74 mg·L-1。建立的一阶导数光谱法简便、快速、准确,可用于测定氧氟沙星和诺氟沙星的含量。
【Abstract】 In the ultraviolet region,both norfloxacin and ofloxacin have absorption peaks,but their absorption spectra overlap and interfere with each other.So,it is difficult for direct analysis.Determination method of norfloxacin and ofloxacin was established by derivative spectrophotometry.The wavelengths of 294 and 276 nm were measured to weight the content of both.The linear range of norfloxacin and ofloxacin were 1.212.0,1.212.0 mg · L-1,and the detection limits were 0.85,0.74 mg ·L-1.It is a simple,rapid,accurate method that can be used for determination of both ofloxacin and norfloxacin.
