二阶导数红外光谱结合主成分分析鉴别食用油

【摘要】 利用二阶导数红外光谱鉴定不同品质食用油,用无水乙醇溶剂萃取分离油样,分别考察乙醇层及下层油样红外光谱特征。通过化学计量学方法对光谱数据进行预处理,建立主成分分析化学计量模型。运用统计学SPSS 18.0软件对油及分离液进行主成分分析,用Origin 8.0软件对主成分分析所得的得分值绘制二维分布图,分析结果表明了红外光谱分析技术结合统计学分析法对食用油种类的鉴别是可行的,为检测食用油中是否掺入假油或废油提供理论参考,为食用油鉴别提供理论基础依据。
【Abstract】 Identify different quality edible oil by IR second order derivative spectroscopy.The oil samples were extracted by using absolute alcohol as solvent,IR spectral characteristics of alcohol layer and lower oil were studied.Spectral data were preprocessed by chemometric methods,principal component analysis chemometric model was establed.Principal component analysis for oil layer and separation liquid were finished by using statistical software SPSS 18.0,2D maps were drawed for values by using software Origin 8.0.The results showed that it is feasible to identify species of edible oil by IR and chemometrical methods.It provide a theoretical reference for detecting whether edible oil adulterated fake oil or waste oil and fundamental basis for identification edible oil.
