溶胶-凝胶法合成玻璃在LA-ICP-MS分析中的应用

【摘要】 探索了使用溶胶-凝胶法合成的硅基标准玻璃在激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-ICP-MS)测定铅同位素比值时作为固体标准物质的可行性。采用激光剥蚀四级杆电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-Q-ICP-MS)和激光剥蚀多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-MC-ICP-MS)对样品的均匀性进行了检测。结果表明样品中Pb分布较为均匀且其同位素测量结果具有较好的精密度,该研究为使用溶胶-凝胶法合成矿物、玻璃基体等其他固体标准起借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the possibility of using sol-gel processing to synthesize a glass-like discs focusing on Pb isotope analysis of LA-ICP-MS,and evaluated its homogeneity by laser ablation-quadmpole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-Q-ICPMS) and laser ablation-multi-collectors sector field inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-MC-ICP-MS). This study aimed to provide reference for other solid calibration standard synthesis,such as mineral and glass,using solgel processing.
