【摘要】 通过对四个厂家8个批次的广东凉茶颗粒样品的荧光光谱测定,对其图谱特征进行了比较分析;并提取图谱特征信息最大激发波长(λ_ex)、最大发射波长(λ_em)及其最大荧光强度(I_ex和I_em),利用SPSS10.0软件进行判别分析。结果表明:不同厂家生产的凉茶颗粒的荧光特征峰峰位和峰强有较大差异,同一厂家不同批次的差异则较小;利用判别分析法实现了不同厂家的凉茶颗粒的鉴别。方法简便、快捷、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 The two- and three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of 8 samples of Guangdong Liangcha-particle produced by four different manufactures of were determined.The characteristics and differences of the spectra fingerprints were comparatively analyzed. Results showed that obvious differences exhibited in their fluorescence spectrum atlas of herbal tea from different manufacture. Only slight differences were observed among the fluorescence spectrums of different production batches from the same factory.The distinguish analysis identification results matched with the real results well.It can be.concluded that the fluorescence spectra technique combining with computer pattern recognition was a powerful method in the rapid identification of herbal tea.更多还原
