【摘要】 进行了羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)对抗凝药物华法林的荧光增强作用研究。探讨了华法林与HP-β-CD的包合特性。并与β-环糊精(β-CD)对华法林的荧光增强作用和包合特性进行了比较。结果表明HP-β-CD对于华法林的荧光增强作用大于β-CD。基于HP-β-CD的荧光增强作用,研究建立了一种荧光光谱测定华法林的新方法。应用于药物片剂华法林钠含量的测定,结果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 The enhancement effect of HP-β-CD on the fluorescence of anticoagulant warfarin was studied in this paper.The inclusion property of warfarin with HP-β-CD was discussed.The enhancement effect and inclusion property of warfarin withβ-CD and HP-β-CD were also compared in the experiment.It showed that the fluorescence enhancement effect of HP-β-CD was higher than that ofβ-CD.A new method for the determination of warfarin was developed based on the enhancement effect of HP-β-CD. The method had been applied to the determination of warfarin in tablets with satisfactory results.更多还原
