激光损伤光学玻璃的光谱透过率检测

【摘要】 激光聚焦损伤光学玻璃,其损伤区域的线径仅几百微米,用传统方法很难测试其透过率,金相显微镜与光纤光谱仪组合测试系统在定量分析出区域大小的同时,检测出此区域的入射和透射光谱曲线,最终得到光谱透过率。
【Abstract】 Area of optical glasses damaged by laser is only several hundred microns.Its transmittance detection is difficult with common method.Test system of metallographic microscope and optical fiber spectrometer was put forward with a new method. After the size of damage glasses was tested,the incidence transmittance spectra were gained.At last spectrum transmitancc was calculated.
