对声光可调滤波器成像分辨率的研究

【摘要】 对声光可调滤波器的成像分辨率进行了研究。得到了介质内和介质外衍射角的展宽随入射光波长和入射光角度的变化关系。特别讨论了当添加不同光楔时介质外衍射角展宽的具体变化。结果表明:当添加最佳光楔时,单位通带下介质外衍射角展宽减小了0.040 2 rad·μm-1,有效地消除了由于晶体色散而引起的图像漂移现象。

【Abstract】 The imaging resolution of the acousto-optic tunable filter has been studied.The relationships of the diffraction line broadening inside and outside the crystal,incident polar angle and optical wavelength have been obtained.Especially,the specific changes of the diffraction line broadening outside the crystal were discussed when added different optical wedge.The results showed that the diffraction line broadening at unit band passing outside the crystal was declined 0.040 2 rad ?μm-1 when added the optimum optical wedge.The phenomenon of image drift which was caused by the dispersion of crystal was eliminated effectively.
