铁敏化紫外分光光度法测定依诺沙星

【摘要】 本文提出一种基于铁增敏测定依诺沙星的紫外分光光度法,研究了依诺沙星与铁的反应条件,对影响紫外吸收的不同变量和参数进行了研究和优选。实验结果表明,在pH=3.25的B-R缓冲体系中,铁对依诺沙星有较强的增敏作用,在1.0×10-7~5.0×10-5 mol·L-1范围内浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为6.2×10-8 mol·L-1。该方法灵敏,操作简便,对ENX胶囊进行测定,回收率为95.00%~97.81%,相对标准偏差为0.94%~1.35%,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A high sensitive ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the determination of enoxacin(ENX) was developed based on Iron enhancement.The reaction conditions between ENX and Iron was studied.Different variables and parameters affecting the ultraviolet were studied and optimized.Experiments showed that Iron can enhance greatly ultraviolet signal of ENX in a Brit-ton -Robinson buffer solution(pH 3.25).There is a linear relationship between the concentration of ENX and its ultraviolet intensity in the range of 1×10-7mol ? L-1-5×10-5mol ? L-1 with the detection limit of 6.2×10-8 mol ? L-1.This method was successfully applied to the determination of ENX in capsules,with the recovery of 95.00%-97.81%and the RSD of 0.94%- 1.35%.
