滨蒿内酯的荧光光谱与荧光量子产率

【摘要】 研究了中药活性成分滨蒿内酯的荧光光谱和荧光量子产率。实验发现滨蒿内酯水溶液在pH 2.0~8.7之间有稳定的强荧光,最大发射波长为432 nm,激发波长为344,290和230 nm。在pH>9的碱性条件下,滨蒿内酯的荧光减弱,pH>12时荧光消失。在近中性条件下,滨蒿内酯荧光强度F与浓度c之间有良好的线性关系,回归方程为F=21+214 586c(μg·mL-1),检出限(D=3sb/s)为1.1×10-2 ng·mL-1。以硫酸奎宁为参比,测得滨蒿内酯在最大激发波长344 nm处的荧光量子产率为0.52。
【Abstract】 Fluorescence spectra and fluorescence quantum yield of scoparone have been studied.Experiments revealed that scoparone aqueous solutions had strong and steady fluorescence in the range of pH 2.0-8.7,with maximum emission wavelength at 432 nm and excitation wavelengths at 344,290 and 230 nm.In alkaline solutions with pH>9,fluorescence intensity weakened, and disappeared when pH>12.In near neutral conditions,an excellent linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and concentration was observed.The regression equation was F = 21 + 214 586c(μg ? mL-1 ),and the detection limit(D= 3.sb/s ) was 1.1×10-2 ng ? mL-1.Using quinine bisulphate as a reference,fluorescence quantum yield of scoparone at maximum excitation wavelength 344 nm was measured to be 0.52.
