磷脂混合胶束“缓冲”甘氨脱氧胆酸钙沉淀机理的研究

【摘要】 研究发现甘氨脱氧胆酸钠与Ca2+作用形成的钙盐溶解度比较低,甘氨脱氧胆酸钙(CaGDC2)的溶度积为~1×10-8,而正常人体胆汁中,往往存在相对较高浓度的甘氨脱氧胆酸钠以及相对较高浓度的Ca2+,却不产生相应的钙盐沉淀,这一"缓冲"作用的机理尚不清楚。我们采用浊度滴定、激光光散射光谱和红外光谱等方法研究了磷脂-甘氨脱氧胆酸钠(PC-GDC)体系对甘氨脱氧胆酸钙沉淀的"缓冲"作用,给出了可能的作用机理。
【Abstract】 Sodium glycodeoxycholate(GDC) and phospholipid(PC) mixed system was used to study the Ca2+-buffering capability of bile salt micelles.The calcium precipitation-buffering property of PC-GDC mixed micelles was studied by utilizing turbidity titration, quasi-elastic light scattering,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results indicated that PC-GDC mixed micelles exhibited better calcium precipitation -buffering properties than GDC simple micelles.Globular mixed micelles showed much better calcium precipitation-buffering property than mixed disk micelles.Globular mixed micelles were aggregated to form secondary mixed micelles and ultimately nonstoichiometric precipitates of NanCam(GDC)n+2mPCx.
