基于氧荧光猝灭原理的BOD检测的研究

【摘要】 考察了利用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)基质制备的氧荧光传感膜的响应特性,并将其作为二次传感制备了光化学BOD微生物传感器,研究结果表明这种传感器具有响应时间短、响应线性好、稳定性好、使用寿命长等优点。
【Abstract】 The film based on oxygen luminescence quenching exhibited a good linear relationship,fast response time,long-term stability and enhanced sensitivity.The oxygen sensing film was used as a secondary sensing element,and four different kinds of seawater microorganisms co-immobilized in poly(vinyl alcohol) sol-gel matrix.The fluorescent properties and the response behaviors of the film were investigated.
