H~+对水溶液中鹅脱氧胆酸钠聚集体的影响

【摘要】 通过pH滴定曲线、FTIR和QELS研究了pH对鹅脱氧胆酸钠聚集形态的影响。
【Abstract】 As the predominant ingredients of bile,bile salts is one of the most important bio-surfactants in vivo.In gallbladder,bile salts exist mainly as simple micelles or mixed micelles formed with phospholipid and cholesteral.Therefore,it is important to study the influence of pH on aggregation of bile salts.The aim of this paper is to examine the change of sodium chenodeoxycholate(NaCDC) aggregation by pH titration,FTIR and QELS spectroscopies.The results indicated that with addition of H+ into NaCDC aqueous solution above the C.M.C.,the protonated micelles were connected each other by the strong H-bond with the acid salts mode and the bigger mixed micelles were formed.Finally,the gel-like HnNam(CDC)n+m was precipitated.
