甲醇与水在氧化锌表面吸附的研究

【摘要】 采用原位红外光谱及脉冲反应法研究了甲醇和水在氧化锌表面的吸附反应行为。红外实验结果表明甲醇极易在氧化锌表面生成甲氧基,并且随着吸附温度的升高甲氧基的生成量增加。甲氧基的出现是甲醇分子与表面羟基反应的结果,它在水蒸气的作用下很快又生成甲醇。脉冲反应-MS检测数据支持两者可逆反应的结论。
【Abstract】 Adsorption and interaction of methanol and water on zinc oxide were studied by in situ FTIR spectroscopy and pulse reaction.The IR results shown that methoxyl group was formed when methanol adsorbed on zinc oxide and its amount increased with elevating adsorption temperature.Further investigations indicated that methoxyl group was formed only by reaction of methanol with structural hydroxyl group on zinc oxide.Though methoxyl group was very stable,it was quickly reduced as soon as exposing to water vapor.Pulse reaction also indicated that methoxyl group reacted with water easily.Thus,the reaction of methanol with hydroxyl group on zinc oxide surface was reversible.
