【摘要】 采用傅里叶变换红外光谱（FTIR）快速、非分离技术,借助红外光谱"指纹特征"整体变化规律,分析不同加工方法对天麻药材质量的影响。结果表明:天麻的加工生产中加热与否、以及加热程度如何对天麻的红外光谱图产生明显的差异。原药材未经加热直接冷冻干燥在1 021 cm^-1处吸收峰最强,原药材烘干、原药材后煮后冻干为其次,原药材煮后烘干最弱。加热时间越长、加热温度越高在1 021 cm^-1处吸收峰越弱。红外光谱技术能够准确地控制天麻药材的整体质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of different process method on the quality of Gastrodiae is studied by FTIR.The results indicate that the longer time for heating and the higher temperature for heating,the weaker of the peak at 1 021 cm^-1,which means the amylose in gastrodiae lost more.The quality of gastrodiae can be wholly controlled with IR technique.更多还原
