纸基质室温磷光法快速测定中药材中农药西维因的研究

【摘要】 以快速定量滤纸为基质,用KI作为重原子微扰剂,建立了测定西维因的固体基质室温磷光(SSRTP)分析法。其最大激发和发射波长分别为284,520 nm。在优化的实验条件下,西维因在4×10-6~2×10-4mol·L-1浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系。方法的绝对检出限为0.89ng/斑点。所建立的方法用于中草药中西维因残留量的测定,取得了满意的结果。与固体表面荧光法(SS-RTF)相比对,室温磷光法具有较好的灵敏度和选择性。
【Abstract】 A method for determination of carbaryl residue in herbs by paper-substrate room temperature phosphorimetry(SS-RTP) was studied.The quantitative filter paper was selected as the solid substrate and 2 mol·L-1.KI solution was selected as the heavy atom solution. The maximum excitation and emission wavelength of carbaryl were 284 and 520 nm respectively.Under the optimal conditions, the concentration of carbaryl in the range of 4×10-6 -2×10-4 mol·L-1 was linearity with the phosphorescence intensity.The absolute detection limit was 0.89 ng per spot.The method was applied to the determination of carbaryl residue in some Chinese herb samples with satisfaction.The method is compared with the SS-RTF analysis of carbaryl,SS-RTP has shown much better sensitivity and selectivity.
