中药材红外图谱数据库的总体设计与构建

【摘要】 针对中药材这一复杂的混合物体系,设计了红外光谱"三级鉴定"中药材的检索系统,即通用型,分类型和阵列相关系数比对型检索系统。该中药数据库的建立和使用将为我国中药实现国际化和标准化扮演一重要角色。
【Abstract】 Based on the character of traditional Chinese medicine,three types of FTIR spectra database are designed.The first is of conventional type;the second database is sorted by different ingredients;the third one is compared type according to the array of correlation coefficient,three oi which can complement and verify well with each other.This method,which is of extensive applicability, can differentiate complicated mixtures whose spectra have many overlapped peaks and have high similarity from macroscopic to microscopic analysis.
