电化学原位步进扫描时间分辨显微FTIR反射光谱及其应用

【摘要】 在前人工作的基础上成功地建立了步进扫描时间分辨显微FTIR反射光谱体系,取得了一定的成果。

【Abstract】 The authors have established an electrochemical in situ step-scan time-resolved microscope FTIR external reflection spectroscopy (in situ SSTR-MFTIRS).The setup consists of an infrared microscope working with microelectrodes,and a home-designed and fabricated signal synchronizer.It has demonstrated that the developed technique can overcome successfully the disadvantages in transient response,mass transport,and uniformity of current flow that were arisen in a conventional thin-layer infrared cell.The time constant of working electrode can be reduced to as low as 37μs even in the thin-layer configuration and the time resolution of spectra can reach as fast as 10μs.The irreversible oxidation of adsorbed CD and the orientation conversion of SCN~- on the nanostructured platinum microelectrode have been studied by SSTR-MFTIRS.The results demonstrated that SSTR-MFTIRS is a promising tool to be used in studies of kinetics and surface processes of fast reactions.
