树脂相分光光度法测定水中铁的研究
Determination of Trace Ferrum in Water by Resin Phase-Spectrophotometry

【摘要】 在pH9.60氨性介质中,巯基乙酸与铁(Ⅲ)生成红紫色络阴离子与强碱性阴离子交换树脂交换,有色络合物富集显色于树脂相上进行树脂相分光光度测定,最大吸收波长位于530nm;表观摩尔吸光系数ε为6.7×104L·mol-1cm-1;铁含量在0~1.4mg/L范围内符合比耳定律;测定内蒙地段黄河水和呼和浩特地区自来水中微量铁,相对标准偏差分别为4.6%和3.2%。
【Abstract】 In ammoniac solution(pH9.60,NH3·H20),Thioglycollic acid and ferrum formed a purple colour complexation and quantitively absorbed on the resin.The maximum absorption wavelength of resin phase is at 530nm by spectrophotometry, the apparent molar absorptivity is 8.7×104 L·mol-1·cm-1 and Beer’s law is obeyed for Fe(Ⅲ) in the range of 0~1.4mg/L,The method has been applied to determination of trace Fe(1) in Huanghe river of Inner Mongolia and tap water of Huhehote.Relative standard deviations are 4.6%and 3.2%,respectively.
