气相多环芳香烃化合物萘和菲的荧光寿命和淬灭速率的测定

【摘要】 研究了在常温常压下,用激光感生和时间分辨荧光光谱法测定气相多环芳香烃化合物萘和菲的荧光谱,荧光寿命、双分子碰撞淬灭速率。得到了萘和菲分别在310~370nm和335~430nm范围的发射荧光谱,萘和菲的荧光寿命分别是148±9ns和41.3±0.6ns,测定了萘和菲与氧的淬灭速率常数分别为2.29×1011dm3mol-1s-1,2.04×1011dm3mol-1s-1估算了萘和菲与二氧化碳的淬灭速率常数分别是<1.92×10’dm3mol-1s-1,<4.21.×10’dm’mol-1s-1

【Abstract】 The fluorescence spectrum,fluorescence lifetime and quenching rates of polycyclic aromatic hydorcarbons(PAHs) Naphthalene and Phenanthrene vapor phase in collision with bimoleculars have been studied by means of laser—induced time—resolved fluorimetry at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure. Peaks and intensity of fluorescence spectrum of Naphthalene and Phenanthene in vapor phase were similar to that,of both compounds in solvent unless peaks of Naphthalene to shift red a little.The fluorescence lifetime of Naphthalene and Phenanthrene have been detection to be 148±9ns and 41.3±0.6ns respectively for excitation at 266nm. Thequenching rate constants of Naphthalene and Phenanthrene in O2and CO2 havebeen determined from Stern—Volmer relation.Quching rate constants of Naphthalene and Phenanthrene by O? were 2.29×1011dm3mol-1s-1.2.04×1011dm3mol-1s-1 respectively. Tt is seem that oxygen stongly quenches the fluorescence of Naphthaleneand Phenanthre ne.But carbon dioxide shows no quenching for Naphthalene andPhenanthrene at 12pressures up to 250 torr..and thus the rate constants for quenching estimated to be <1.92×109 dm2 mol-1s-1 and <4.21×109dm3 mol-1s-1 respectively.Quenching by carbon dioxide is negligible.
