磺胺嘧啶金属衍生物的拉曼和红外光谱研究

【摘要】 <正>磺胺嘧啶(简为SD或HSD)及其金属衍生物是一类抗菌药物,最常用的是水溶性的钠盐;共锌和银的衍生物对于治疗烧伤,防止感染促进创面愈合有较好的效果。Fox等在1968~1978年间制备了SD的Ag、Zn和Ce的衍生物并用于临床,对Ag的衍生物认为SD是以阴离子存在,但对Zn和Ce的衍生物的结构未作描述;Narang和Gupta(1977)描述磺胺(简为HS)的锌的衍生物中磺胺是以中性配体存在,主要组成是

【Abstract】 Sulphadiazine(HSD) and its metallic derivatives,which have been widely applied in clinical treatment,are a group of effective drugs.Their structures,howerer,are showed different in various literatures,In this work,HSD and its metallic derivatives have been investigated by Ramam and infrared spectrum.The results show that the form of NaSD.AgSD and Cu(SD)2result in regular change for most vib-ration frequencies,but the spectrum and other data for Zn and Ce products are not consistent with the expected structures.The spectrum concerned suggest that the zinc product(i.e.an usual medicine) containing two moleculars of water,prepared by the reaction of NaSD and soluble zinc salt(e.g.zinc acetate) in water solution is neither an ionic compound nor an organic metal complex(except coordinate compound).Besides,it contains large amount of free HSD.Its melt and dehydration under the temperature of 216℃may produce an organic metal compound which is similar to NaSD,AgSD or Cu(SD)2.
