Cu2+—抗坏血酸络合过程的研究

【摘要】 <正>抗坏血酸(VC)是人体生长不可缺少的物质,而Cu2+又是抗坏血酸氧化酶的一个辅助因子。其络合作用虽已有许多研究,但用UV方法考察尚未见报道。本文用UV方法考察了不同配比的Cu2+—抗坏由酸结合物的结构。实验.采用岛津UV—240可见紫外分光光度计.配制5mMCuCl2·2H2O溶液,5mM抗坏血酸溶液,按一定克分子比进行配制。用1MNaOH调P值,其特征UV谱如图1、图2、图3所示:
【Abstract】 Ascorbic acid is an essential material for human body growth,and Cu2+ is a cofactor of ascorbic acid oxidase.The study of Cu2+—ascorbic acid complex process has not been done by UV.The Cu2+—ascobic acid complex process in different acidity solution was studied with the variation In the mole ratio of Cu to ascorbic acid.It Is fund that the complex process was concerned to the acidity of the solution and the mole rado of Cu2+ to ascorbic acid.Two complex structures were proposed and two structure models were Infered.
