镍在碱性溶液中表面氧化层的现场红外光谱和拉曼光谱研究

【摘要】 <正>镍在碱溶液中阳(?)氧化时生成腐蚀产物氧化层。近年来Nelendres利用现场拉曼光谱[1],Hahn利用现场紫外可见反射光谱[2]研究了该氧化层的性南。但这些光谱研究均未涉及表面氧化层的晶型变化。现场反射光谱在电化学中的应用是近年来表面分析的新发展之一,本文利用ATR红外反射光谱、现场界面忖立叶变换红外光谱、现场拉曼光谱研究了镍在碱溶液中的表面氧化过程,测定了表面氧化层的成份和晶型随电极电位的变化。
【Abstract】 Four kinds of nickel hydroxide compounds were prepared and their FTIR and Raman spectra have been measured.The anodic surface film on Ni electrode in alkaline solution was investigated by using ATR FTIR spectroscopy,in situ interfacial FTIR reflection spectroscopy,as well as in situ Raman spectroscopy. It was found by using the two kinds of FTIR spectroscopy methods there isβ-Ni(OH)2 film on Ni surface in 3M NaOH at the potential -0.2V,0.2V, 0.3V,and it can be further oxidized toγ-NiOOH at potential 0.65V.The in situ Raman spectra showed that the surface film formed on Ni in 1M NaOH at potential 0.55V isβ-NiOOH film,and the reduction of this film started from Ni/β-NiOOH interface when the potencial steped from 0.55V to 0.3V.
