【摘要】 目的:观察贯叶连翘提取物（HPE）对流感病毒感染小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:以流感病毒鼠肺适应株滴鼻感染小鼠后,分别灌服不同的药物(贯叶连翘提取物高剂量组100 mg·kg^-1低剂量组50 mg·kg^-1和达菲组3 mg·kg^-1),0.2 mL/次,2次/d,5 d后摘眼球放血处死动物,摘取胸腺和脾脏并计算胸腺指数和脾脏指数;采用MTT法测定小鼠治疗前后T、B淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及NK细胞的杀伤活性。结果:贯叶连翘提取物作用于流感病毒感染小鼠后,胸腺和脾脏指数均有所上升,与模型对照组相比有显著性差异（P<0.05;P<0.01）;高、低贯叶连翘提取物组T、B淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及NK细胞的杀伤活性与模型对照组相比,上升明显（P<0.01）。结论:贯叶连翘提取物对流感病毒感染小鼠机体有一定免疫调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the influence of Hypericum perforatum L.extract(HPE) on immune function of mice infected with influenza A virus(IAV).HPE(100 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg) and oseltamivir(3 mg/kg) were administrated respectively by oral gavage to mice infected with the IAV(a mouse-lungs-adapted strain),0.2 mL/per,twice daily.After 5 d,mice were killed.The thymus gland and spleen tissues were respectively taken out to calculate their indexes and MTT was used to determine the lymphocyte conversion ratio,phagocytosis of MΦ and NK cytoactive in order to observe whether HPE affected the immune function of the mice infected with the IAV.The results showed that the thymus index and spleen index of HPE groups increased.There were significant differences as compare with the model mice(P<0.05;P<0.01).The lymphocyte conversion ratio,phagocytosis of MΦ and the NK cytoactive of HPE treatment groups rose dramatically,there were significant differences as compare with those of the model control(P<0.01).It suggested that HPE could regulate anti-infection immunization of mice infected with influenza A virus.更多还原
