稀土元素Ce对ZM21镁合金组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 采用常规金相,XRD分析、SEM分析,以及常温拉伸实验,研究了ZM21合金添加微量稀土Ce后的铸态、挤压态的组织及力学性能变化。结果表明:随着Ce含量的增加,偏聚在铸态合金枝晶间隙处的Mg-Zn和Mg-Ce第二相逐渐最多,最后形成网状结构,并因偏聚物更多而变粗。挤压过后,由Ce元素形成的Mg-Ce第二相,破碎分布于合金基体中,并且第二相的含量也是随着Ce的增加而增加。加Ce后,铸态ZM21合金的抗拉强度和延伸率先降低后增加,在Ce含量为0.57%时,延伸率恢复到ZM21镁合金的水平。挤压后,合金的抗拉强度,屈服强度均得到了大幅的提高,塑性均大于没有添加Ce的1#合金,特别是4#和5#合金的室温延伸率达到24%。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effects of Ce addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of cast and extruded ZM21 magnesium alloy were investigated by the use of OM,XRD,SEM and tensile test at room temperature et al. It is shown that with increase of Ce content,the Mg-Ce and Ce-Zn phases which gather in dendritic gap in form of second phase increase gradually and finally form a network structure,which bEcomes thicker due to serious segregation. Meanwhile,Most of the Ce in extruded ZM21 magnesium alloy forms second phases,which are broken and dispersed in the matrix alloy during the process of plastic defor-mation. With an increase of the content of Ce element,the quantity of the second phase increases. By adding Ce,both the tensile strength and the elongation of ZM21 as cast alloy decrease firstly and then increase. When the content of Ce is 0.57%,the elongation is barely reach to the level of ZM21 magnesium alloy. After extrusion,both tensile strength and yield strength have been greatly improved. Plasticity of alloys with Ce addition are higher than 1 # alloy,especially for 4 # alloy and 5# alloy which can reach 24%.
