锂离子电池SnO2/石墨烯复合负极材料的制备及其电化学性能

【摘要】 以天然鳞片石墨为原料,通过氧化—热剥离—超声分散等制备氧化石墨烯,利用溶胶凝胶法制备SnO2/石墨烯复合材料。100mA/g恒电流充放电表明,首次充电容量为1026mAh/g,放电容量1463mAh/g,经过30次循环之后,SnO2/石墨烯复合材料可逆容量仍然有509mAh/g,库伦效率接近100%,克服了常见锡氧化物循环性能差的缺点,有望成为锂离子电池新一代的负极材料。

【Abstract】 Graphene oxide was obtained through three steps:the oxidation of natural graphite—thermal expansion—ultrasonication,SnO2/graphene composite was prepared by using the Sol-Gel processing. The elec-trochemical reactivities of the SnO2/graphene composite as anode material were measured by cyclicvoltammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge cycling at 100mA/g. The results show that SnO2/graphene composite exhibited a lithium insertion capacity of 1463mAh/g and a reversible charging capacity of 1026 mAh/g. After 30 cycles,it was found that the reversible capacity was still maintained at 509mAh/g with coulombic efficiency of closely 100%. The bad cycle performance of the general tin oxides was overcome by using the SnO2/graphene composite,indicating that it’s a promising anode material for high performance lithium ion batteries.
