表面活性剂在金属注射成型工艺中的应用研究

【摘要】 在工业生产中随着小型复杂及异形零件需求的扩大,金属粉末注射成型工艺越发受到关注,对其工艺改良的研究也日趋增多。在金属注射成型中表面活性剂的加入可以降低表面张力,减小润湿角,有效地改善粘结剂的润湿性能和增强粘结剂与粉末的结合力,改善喂料的流变性。本文主要综述了表面活性剂在金属粉末注射成型工艺中的应用及相应原理。
【Abstract】 With the increasing demand of miniature complicated parts,more and more attentions are paid on Metal Powder Injection Molding.To add surfactant in MIM can decrease surface tension and wetting angle,what’s more,it will improve surface wettability of binder and adhesion with powder,which can refine the properties of feedstock.This paper is about the study of surfactant on the application of MIM.
