通过激光辐照制备铁基纳米晶软磁材料的基础研究

【摘要】 本文采用激光辐照的方法实现铁基非晶软磁材料(Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9)的纳米晶化,并使其软磁性能得到改善。使用波长为10.6μm的CO2激光和波长为1.07μm的掺镱光纤激光对铁基非晶软磁材料(Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si+(13.5)B9)进行激光辐照,通过调整激光功率、辐照时间和工作气氛,得到了主要晶化相为α-FeSi、晶粒尺寸小于15nm、晶化比例在20%以下的纳米晶软磁合金,该材料饱和磁感应强度、矫顽场和剩余磁感应强度等性能与传统热处理结果相近。文中通过微结构和磁性能之间的对比分析以及辐照过程中能量密度的理论计算进行工艺优化,为通过激光辐照实现铁基纳米晶软磁材料的批量化制备奠定了实验基础。

【Abstract】 Nanocrystallization of Fe-based amorphous soft magnetic material(Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 is realized byiaser irradiation,and its soft magnetic property was improved.CO2 laser with wavelength of 10.6μm and Ytterbium Fiber Laser with wavelength of 1.07μm were applied to realize the precipitation of crFeSi in the amorphous matrix phase by adjusting the parameters,like laser power,irradiating time,sheilding gas and so on,the average grain size of crystal is smaller than 15nm,and the composition is less than 20%.The properties of the Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic material are similar to that of the traditional heat treatment,such as saturation magnetic induction Bs,coercivity Hc,residual magnetic induction Br and so on.In this paper, processing parameters are optimized through micro-structure and magnetic properties analysis and theoretical calculation of irradiation energy density,these lay the first stone for bulk preparation of Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials by laser irradiation
