新型外墙保温隔热涂料的制备及其表征

【摘要】 利用种子乳液聚合法制备了苯丙微乳液,以该微乳液为基料,以TiO2与ZnO及页岩等作为高反射填料,采用高分散技术制备了一种新型用于建筑外墙体的保温隔热涂料。对涂料各项性能进行了表征,其性能符合建筑外表面用热反射隔热涂料标准JC/T1040-2007。结果表明,该涂料在建筑外墙体保温隔热方面有着较好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The microemulsions of polystyrene(St)-acrylate were synthesized by semicontinuous microemulsion polymerization method.A novel outer wall heat-insulation coatings of building was prepared that takes polysty-rene (St)-acrylate microemulsion as basic material,using antase type titanium pigment,zinc dioxide and shale as color filler.The technical indictors of the coatings are characterized.Its properties confirm to JC/T1040-2007 (Exterior reflective thermal insulating coatings on building).The test results show high applications of the heat-insulation coatings in the aspects of insulation of the outer wall of building.
