共沉淀法制备六铝酸盐及其N2O催化分解性能
Preparation of hexaaluminate catalyst with co-precipitation method and its catalytic activity of N2O decomposition

【摘要】 采用以碳酸铵为沉淀剂的共沉淀法分别制备了LaMAl11O19-δ(M=Cu、Co、Fe、Zn、Ag、Y)系列六铝酸盐催化剂,通过XRD、BET、TPR等技术对催化剂的结构和性质进行了表征,考察了不同金属掺杂对六铝酸盐催化剂结构及其N2O催化分解活性的影响。结果表明,不同的金属元素部分取代Al3+对催化剂的结构和N2O催化分解活性有很大的影响,其中M为Cu、Co、Fe、Zn时,LaMAl11O19-δ催化剂经1200℃高温焙烧4h后可以形成六铝酸盐结构,而Cu和Co部分取代的LaMAl11O19-δ六铝酸盐催化剂对N2O的催化分解具有较好的活性。
【Abstract】 The co-precipitation method with(NH4)2CO3 as precipitator was employed to prepare LaMAl11O19-δ (M=Cu、Co、Fe、Zn、Ag、Y) hexaaluminates catalysts.The catalysts were characterized by means of XRD, BET,TPR,etc.The effects of various ions composite substitution on the samples crystal structure and activities of N2O decomposition over the prepared samples were investigated.The results showed that the catalysts LaMAlnO19-δ(M=Cu,Co,Fe,Zn)of the catalysts substituted by transition metal could obtain good hexaaluminates phase under 1200℃calcinations for 4h.LaCuAl11O19-δand LaCoAl11O19-δ possessed better catalytic activity in N2O decomposition reaction.
