用硅渣制备层状二硅酸钠复合抗菌剂的研究

【摘要】 以高岭土尾渣为原料制备δ-层状硅酸钠,研究了反应时间、二氧化硅和氧化钠的比值(即模数),煅烧温度,以及原料粒度大小对原材料转化率的影响,从而获得了最优实验条件为:经球磨2h的原料,在二氧化硅和氧化钠的比值为0.15时于800℃下煅烧2h,在此条件下原料的转化率可达98%,当模数为0.1时,原料转化率可达到100%。将硅酸钠溶液调模到2,浓缩后在105℃下干燥可得无定形硅酸钠,将无定形硅酸钠在750℃下煅烧0.5h可得δ-层状硅酸钠,再往δ-层状硅酸钠载银制备抗菌剂,经抗菌性能研究后发现在1gδ-层状硅酸钠加入15mg AgNO3制成的抗菌剂的除菌效果最好,该样对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为:0.1g/L。为无机物抗菌剂的制备提供了一条新思路。

【Abstract】 Layered sodium silicate was prepared using sodium silica from kaoline residue.The reaction time,the ratio of silica and sodium oxide(modulus),calcination temperature and the particle size of raw materials on the conversion of silica were studied in this paper.The optimum conditions were obtained as follow:samples ball milled for 2h,then calcined at 800℃for 2h when the ratio of silica and sodium oxide was 0.15,and the conversion of raw material reached up to 98%under this condition.The conversion of raw material can be reached up to 100%while modulus was controled at 0.1.solid amorphous sodium silicate was prepared by condensing the sodium silicate solution,then drying under 105℃.Layered sodium silicate was obtained by calcining the solid amorphous sodium silicate at 650750℃for 0.5h.The antimicrobials carried silver were synthesized by adsorption and thermal decomposition methods.The results of antimicrobial property showed that the antimicrobial had significant inhibition of the escherichia coli with the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 0.1g/L, which the antimicrobial was prepared with 1 g layered sodium silicate and 15 mg AgNO3 by thermal decomposition method.And the results will be considered for the preparation of inorganic antimicrobial agents.
