【摘要】 建立了艾士卡剂熔样-硝酸汞滴定测定炭黑中痕量卤素含量的方法。样品与艾士卡混合剂混匀,放入马弗炉内熔融;浸取后,用强电离的硝酸汞标准溶液将卤素离子转化为弱电离的卤化汞,二苯偶氮碳酰肼指示剂与过量的Hg²⁺生成紫红色络合物来判断终点,最后计算出炭黑中卤素的含量。试验表明,该方法测得卤素的检出限为0.06mg/kg,相对标准偏差<2%,样品和混合控制物的回收率在95.0%～105.0%范围内。该方法重复性好,操作简单,不受设备等条件的限制,已成功应用于炭黑中痕量卤素的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 A novel method is developed for the determination of halogen in carbon black by Eschka reagent-Mercurimetric method.The sample even mixing with the Eschka reagent,and melting in Muffle furnace.Calcining with boiling water,and ethanol solution with 60%of volume fraction is used as medium.The halogen released from carbon black with the Mercurimetric method.The diction limit of method is 0.06mg/L,The relative standard deviations were below 2.0%,The standard recoveries were from 95%to 105%.The determination method is exact,parallel,automatic,fast and simple.It is suitable for determination of halogen in carbon black.更多还原
