表面接枝疏水性聚氨基酸的新型磁纳米粒子制备与表征

【摘要】 利用共沉淀法制备磁纳米粒子(MNP),并使用(3-氨丙基)三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)完成其表面氨基化。在DMF中通过引发γ-苄基-L-谷氨酸-N-羧酸酐(BLG-NCA)的开环聚合,制备了表面接枝疏水性聚谷氨酸苄酯的磁纳米粒子MNP-PBLG。通过FTIR、TGA、SEM等测量方法完成了对MNP-PBLG的形貌和结构的初步表征,制备的新型核壳型磁纳米粒子有望在药物传递中作为智能载体获得应用。
【Abstract】 Magnetic nanopaticles(MNP) were prepared via a co-precipitation process,and its surface was functionalized by silanization reaction with(3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane(APTES).Then,the magnetic nanopaticles grafting hydrophobic poly(amino acids)(MNP-PBLG) were synthesized by surface-initiated ring-opening polymerization of N-carboxyanhydride ofγ-benzyl-L-glutamate(BLG-NCA) in DMF.The morphology and structure information were characterized by the measure of FT-IR,TGA,SEM,etc.Prepared novel magnetic core-shell nanoparticles have a good potential as intelligent carriers in drug delivery.
