季铵盐纳米磁粒杀菌剂的研究

【摘要】 采用包裹与修饰方法制备出季铵盐型纳米磁粒杀菌剂。并对样品进行SEM、XRD、IR、EA和抗菌性能研究,扫描电镜与X射线衍射结果显示:磁粒抗菌剂的平均粒径为80nm,粒径均匀,基本呈圆球型。二氧化硅以无定形状态存在。中间产物的元素分析显示氮含量为4.692%;红外数据结果显示,2930和2860cm-1附近的烷基峰及1637.10cm-1附近的氨基峰的出现说明有机分子嫁接到磁粒的表面上。磁性杀菌剂经杀菌性能测定显示对异养菌的杀菌率均达到了90%以上,氮固载率高的样品杀菌率也高,氮固载率低的样品杀菌率也低。制得的杀菌剂可经磁场回收再利用,具有极大的开发价值和广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Bactericidal Materials of Quaternary Ammonium Salt Modified Magnetic Nanoparticles was prepared by coating and modification methods.The characterizations of products were investigated using Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Infrared Spectroscopy(IR),Elemental Alalysis(EA) and Bactericidal Tests.The results of SEM showed nano-magnetic bactericides were approximately spherical particles with an average diameter of 80 nm.The silica present in the product is amorphous based on the analyses of XRD.The elemental analysis also showed that 4.692%nitrogen was immobilized on the surface of magnetic nanoparticles.Based on IR results,the absorption bands of C-H bond and -NH2 group are observed.These results indicate successful covalent linkage of the organic group to the magnetic substrate.All of the bactericidal rates of the bactericides are more than 90%by bactericidal tests.The bactericidal rate of these bactericides rises with rising of the immobilization rate of nitrogen.So they can be reclaimed through an exterior magnetic field, and they would possess a great development value and broad application prospects.
