用于半导体照明显示的单基质-单组分-单相-全色直接白光材料及器件

【摘要】 对采用单基质组分发光材料和器件的白光技术,特别是AlInGaN基半导体芯片转光无机类单基质的白光发光材料进行了归纳。对一个国际上热研的Ba3MgSi2O8:Eu2+,Mn2+"单一相、单基质"发光材料及其暖白光LED再次进行了澄清,结合我们的实验发现,论证了其"单基质"的不适提法,给出了进行"原位"配色获得全谱白光和半导体红蓝双光光合作用器件的模式;报道了我们基于混价Eu的单一基质LaAlO3相内发射白光钙钛矿型发光材料的新人工直接白光模式。

【Abstract】 A series of novel single host phosphors to generate white-light,free of blending operation with multi-component phosphor particles,particularly those inorganic types able to be combined with ultraviolet/blue InGaN based chip,are summarized.A full-color phosphor,Ba3MgSi2O8:Eu2+,Mn2+,is emphatically re-verified in terms of its phase identification of a coexisting green-light phase,Ba2SiO4 with Ba3MgSi2O8 to generate tricolor, substantially in such a dual phase form rather than in single phase and strategies by using concurrently red- and blue- emitting single host Ba3MgSi2O8Eu2+,Mn2+ phosphor as solid state lighting device for photosynthesis purposes,and by intentionally promoting the formation of that green-emitting phase to construct full-color are concerned.A single host direct white light phosphor perovskite-type LaAlO3 in terms of coexisting valence -varied Eu strategy is presented so as to combine full-color white-light upon optimizing process parameters.
