环氧端基超支化聚(胺-酯)改性E-51环氧树脂复合材料的制备及性能

【摘要】 利用合成的3~5代环氧端基超支化聚(胺-酯)对E-51环氧树脂进行了改性研究,探讨了不同代数及不同含量的环氧端基超支化聚(胺-酯)对E-51环氧树脂力学性能及热学性能的影响规律,由于形成了"孔穴"结构,使材料的力学性能得到了提高,其中以第三代环氧端基超支化聚(胺-酯)为最好,当环氧树脂中第三代环氧端基超支化聚(胺-酯)的加入量为7%时,固化物体系的冲击强度提高了96.79%,拉伸强度提高了12.01%,但玻璃化转变温度和热分解温度稍有下降。

【Abstract】 The epoxy resin composites are prepared by adding the 3-5 generations of epoxy-terminated hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) into the E-51 epoxy resin.The effect of epoxy-terminated hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) with different generations and content on the properties of the composites was investigated.Due to the formation of the"hole"structure,the mechanical properties of the composites has been improved,in which the third generation of epoxy-terminated hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) shows the best effects.The impact strength and tensile strength were increased by 96.79%and 12.01%respectively when 7wt%epoxy-terminated hyperbranched poly(amine-ester) was added,while glass transition temperature and decomposition temperature of the composites were decreased slightly.
