水性薄层隔热涂料的制备及应用研究

【摘要】 以中空陶瓷微珠作为主要功能填料,制备了两个系列的水性薄层隔热保温涂料。研究表明,氟丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜物时,涂层的隔热保温效果好于苯丙乳液作为成膜物的涂层。随着中空陶瓷微珠用量的增加,隔热的效果越好。当中空微珠的用量为涂料总重的10%(质量分数)时,测试样和空白样的温差最高可达6.6℃,具有较好的隔热保温性能。
【Abstract】 Two serials of waterbone thin heat-insulating coatings were prepared using hollow ceramic microsphere as functional filler.The result showed that fluorine modified polystyrene-acrylate emulsion had better heat-insulating property than polystyrene-acrylate emulsion.The coatings had better effect with increasing the amount of hollow ceramic micro-sphere.The temperature difference between measured sample and compared one reached to 6.6℃as the content of hollow ceramic micro-sphere was 10%in the total emulsion.The coatings with hollow ceramic micro-sphere had evident thermal insulation property.
