Sol-Gel法制备纳米二氧化钛功能性薄膜
Preparation of functional nano-titanium dioxide film by sol-gel methody

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2溶胶,并用提拉法在载玻片上镀膜制备出了性能优良的二氧化钛功能性薄膜。考察了配制溶胶时溶质与溶剂、溶剂与催化剂的比值,以及镀膜提拉速度、热处理温度等不同因素对薄膜光学性能,特别是紫外反射性能的影响。结果表明,在一定的范围内,薄膜的紫外反射性能随着溶质与溶剂量的比值、镀膜提拉速度、热处理温度增大而增大,当Ti(OBu)4与无水乙醇的量之比为0.67,提拉镀膜速度为100~150mm/min,热处理温度为500℃左右时,能得到反射紫外线效果最好的功能性薄膜,它可以使紫外线的透过率减少接近45%。
【Abstract】 TiO2 film was prepared by sol-gel method using Ti(OBu)4 as precursor and NH4OH as catalyst,and then coated on microscopic slide by dip coating.The selective UV transmitance properties of the film was investigated by considering different factors such as the concentration of Ti(OBu)4 and catalyst;the dip coating speed;heat treatment temperature.The results showed that,within a certain range,the UV transmitance decreased with the increase of the thickness of the TiO2 film which can be effectively contralled by the concentration of the sol and dip coatinf speed.The appropriate temperature of heat treatment is about 500℃.The film can reduce the UV transmittance by nearly 45%.
